Keeping things cool in style!

Firstly, Stonesboatyard.co.uk provided an amazing service. Whilst ordering the M30 I sent the team an enquiry email and they replied back within a couple of hours on a Sunday with an answer to my question and even followed up with a call the next day. They also delivered the item very quickly, within 2 days of the order, free of charge!

The M30 Hopper is pretty cool. We were initially introduced to Yeti when visiting friends in the US and were super impressed with the quality of the product and how effective it was at keeping things cool. Now heading into summer with a few camp trips planned, we decided to purchase the M30. We are not disappointed. Very good build quality. Slightly nervous when buying it after reading some reviews about the magnetic closure, but I really don't understand what they are on about. The bag is super easy to open and close, and to keep it open you can just wedge something in the opening or use your legs to exert pressure at either side of the opening; I'm sure there are hundreds other simple solutions to this.

Disappointing customer service

A purchased the a cool bag which as a gift. There cool bag was of high quality as expected.
Unfortunately, the recipient wanted an alternative bag in the range. I contacted Stones yard by email on a number of occasions with no response. When I finally made contact Stones boatyard informed me it was past the 30 day returns Policy deadline (at 31 days) and they would not to allow a return or exchange. I even offered to pay for the shipping and accept the cost difference of a cheaper bag. I just wanted a bag that the recipient would use. Overall very disappointing.

We're sorry to hear that you were dissapointed with our customer service, as you can see from our other reviews our excellent customer service is something that as a small business we absolutely pride ourselves on.
Unfortunately in this case, the first communication that we received from yourself regarding your request to return your cooler was actually 49 days after the date of receipt, which was well outside of the 30 day returns window that we offer (please see link for our policy details https://stonesboatyard.co.uk/policies/refund-policy).
We would have really liked to have helped to make sure you were happy with your YETI purchase but as you were unable to provide proof of contact that was within the 30 day returns policy window we were not able to offer a return on your M30.

Loving our new YETI

I ordered a YETI hopper for my husbands birthday. It arrived the following day and within hours it was packed into the car and taken on a camping trip to the Peak District! It’s tough and robust and kept the drinks cold all weekend -he was delighted with it. Many thanks
