Is the YETI Hopper M12 leakproof?

The Hopper M12 has a leakproof interior liner and a highly leak-resistant MagShield Access closure, but it is not the same as a fully sealed dry bag. It is best carried upright, especially in the car, cockpit or cabin, and should not be treated as waterproof storage for valuables.

How much does the Hopper M12 hold?

The Hopper M12 fits up to 20 standard cans without ice, or up to 5 kg of ice only. In normal use, allow room for ice packs, food and bottles rather than packing it to the maximum can count. It is a compact backpack cooler for solo trips, couples or smaller day missions.

Is the Hopper M12 good for boating and beach days?

Yes, it is a practical choice when you want cold drinks and food but need both hands free. The backpack design is useful for walking down to the pontoon, beach or campsite, and the DryHide shell helps withstand punctures and UV. Keep it upright and secure rather than loose on deck.

Which YETI Ice Sheet works best with the Hopper M12?
