When is the showroom open?

You can visit the showroom between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How do I get there?

If you're in Salcombe, the easiest way is by boat. Take the passenger ferry to East Portlemouth, then turn left onto the road and keep walking til you see us on the right.

By car, you'll need to drive to Kingsbridge then follow the road to Frogmore before crossing the bridge and following the signs to East Portlemouth.

Is the showroom accessible?

Our showroom is on a mezzanine level inside the boathouse, so there are some stairs involved. Guests can park right outside the entrance.

Can I see YETI coolers in person?

Yes. You can see the most popular YETI coolers in our Salcombe showroom, making it much easier to compare sizes, colours and features before buying. Please note that the very largest YETI coolers are not usually on display.

Can I compare Big Green Egg sizes in the showroom?

Yes. All three main Big Green Egg sizes (MiniMax, Large and XL) are on display in our showroom, so you can compare them in person and get a better feel for the right setup.

Can I buy products in-store?

Yes. Many YETI and Big Green Egg products are available to buy in-store and take away the same day. We also offer in-store deals on selected items, including Big Green Egg charcoal.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards in-store.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is ample parking outside the showroom.

Are dogs welcome?

Absolutely. Dogs are welcome in the showroom, and they can even check out the YETI Boomer Bowls before you buy.

Should I call before visiting?

There is no need to call before visiting, but we recommend checking our opening hours before heading over. If you are looking for a specific product, feel free to contact us first and we can confirm availability.
