The Dual Zone System

The Dual Zone system is an enhanced version of the EGGspander system. It gives you the same versatility in a more premium, easier-to-use form, and it makes it simpler than ever to get to grips with everything the EGG can do.

At its heart is the Dual Zone Basket, a frame that sits inside the EGG. Cooking surfaces slot into it at two different levels. Because each surface is a half moon, you can combine them in different ways and set the EGG up for direct cooking, indirect cooking, or a bit of both at once.

The Half Moon Ceramic Deflectors do the same job as the ConvEGGtor, creating the gentle, indirect heat you need for roasting and baking. They also have improved ceramics and better airflow.
