At its heart is the Dual Zone Basket, a frame that holds compatible cooking surfaces across two levels. Each surface is a half-moon, so you can mix and match: direct heat on both sides for searing, indirect on both for low-and-slow, or one of each when you want to sear a steak while the veg takes its time. The 2 Piece Multi-Level Rack adds a third level higher up, further from the heat, which is handy for warming, resting or keeping sides going.

Can I cook with direct and indirect heat at the same time?

Yes. Every cooking surface is a half-moon, so you can set one side for direct heat and the other for indirect, searing a steak on one side while the veg cooks more gently on the other. You can also set both sides the same for a full sear or a low-and-slow cook



What is the 2 Piece Multi-Level Rack for?

It adds a third cooking level higher up in the dome, further from the heat. It's handy for warming, resting meat or keeping sides going while the main event cooks below.



What can I cook on the cast iron plancha and wok?

The plancha is double-sided: the flat side is for even frying, and the ridged side is for searing and grill marks. The wok sits in the Dual Zone Basket to make the most of concentrated heat, which makes it ideal for stir-fries.
