The EGG will be shipped to you on a pallet under standard shipping.

Our current lead time for kerbside pallet delivery is 5-10 working days but we will always aim to deliver your EGG to you as quickly as possible. You will be able to select a convenient delivery date when you place your order with us.

Standard Delivery

Standard kerbside delivery within mainland UK is free of charge and fulfilled by a third-party courier. Additional surcharges apply for:

• Northern Ireland
• Republic of Ireland
• Scottish Highlands & Islands
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Man

Certain postcodes may also incur additional shipping charges.

Kerbside Delivery Conditions

With this delivery method, our courier will deliver the EGG kerbside outside your property on a pallet. Please note:

• The EGG and base are heavy – you’ll need an additional strong pair of hands to move it into position.
• You will be responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging.
• Deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 9am and 6pm.

Pallet Specifications

Your EGG will arrive strapped and shrink-wrapped to a Euro pallet measuring approximately 1.2m × 1.2m. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-lift. Please ensure there is enough space for the delivery vehicle and pallet.

Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Unwrap and lift the EGG off the pallet
• Wheel or carry the EGG into position
• Discard the pallet and all packaging

Can the courier access your property?

If you are based in a city, please ensure there are no:

• Daytime restrictions for delivery vehicles
• Parking restrictions
• Weight limits or time limits
• Bus lanes or pedestrian-only areas

If you live in the countryside, please ensure there are no:

• Overhanging trees or low branches
• Soft or uneven surfaces
• Narrow lanes or tight access

The delivery courier operates under a strict kerbside delivery policy. The driver is not required to unpack or move the EGG beyond the kerbside.

The pallet truck cannot be operated on sloped, shingled, gravelled or uneven ground. Please ensure flat, easy access to your driveway.

Delivery Acceptance

Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the EGG. Please take the time to inspect your EGG before signing.

DO NOT sign for your EGG without checking it first.

In Case of Damage

If any damage has occurred during transit, you MUST note this on the delivery note and notify us immediately on 01548 844122.

By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage, you are legally confirming that the goods arrived in perfect condition. This may prevent you from making a successful claim for transit damage.

Click and Collect
