To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I was impressed by all the positive reviews for Stones Boatyard and had been looking for YETI merchandise (other than their standard flasks). After placing my order I was sent updates to say that the product had been sent almost immediately and my item was delivered the next day, despite the busy Christmas period!
