The MiniMax comes with a ConvEGGtor, carrier, cooking grid, rEGGulator cap and thermometer, so you have the core setup for direct grilling and indirect cooking from the start. You may still want extras such as charcoal, fire starters, a cover, an accessory pack or a baking stone depending on how you plan to cook.

What can I cook on the MiniMax?

It can grill, roast, smoke, bake, pan cook and handle low-and-slow barbecue. The included ConvEGGtor lets you cook indirectly, which is useful for roasting, baking and smoking rather than only grilling over direct heat.
